Coworking Conference, a global event that takes place in major cities across the world, on Thursday held for the first time in Lagos, Nigeria.

The event brought together global experts, entrepreneurs, investors, service providers, and leading figures in Nigeria’s coworking industry, to explore the drivers of the growth in coworking spaces in Nigeria, and the opportunities and value being created.

Speakers at the event include Kola Aina, founder Ventures Park; Red Media Africa co-founders, Adebola Williams and Chude Jideonwo; Leanne Beesley, co-founder, Coworker.com.

Others were Seun Onigbinde of BudgIT; Akin Oyebode, executive secretary of Lagos state employment trust fund, Akin Oyebode; Ken Opara, Fidelity Bank GM, and  Segun Olukoya, COO Nextzon Consulting.

“The opportunities that lie in the value-chain of Coworking in Nigeria as a nascent industry is unprecedented.
