The clergyman took to his social media pages on Wednesday to announce that he would be summoning celebrities, pastors, and renowned media personalities in a “life-changing” online program.

He said, sometime during the session, he would suddenly direct viewers to randomly share their bank account details in a giveaway towards cushioning the economic downside of COVID-19.

“I’m starting a show today on Instagram called elevate.  It was designed to actually lift you up and take you to where you belong in God. I’m going to be praying for you we’re going to be worshiping,” the clergyman said in a clip.

“We’re going to be hearing nice an beautiful things that would elevate you to where you belong.

“I’m going to bring seasoned men of God, celebrities, online personalities, and OAPs that would transform your life from the experiences you know. The beautiful thing is that I can’t ignore that people have needs right now.  I’m touched at the DMs and all the things I’ve heard.

“And I want to give a massive giveaway. All you need to do is to be part of this show. Sometime during this show, I will just ask you all to randomly send you account numbers. I need corps members, I need single mothers to be on board.”

In 2019, Fatoyinbo had been in a legal battle with Busola Dakolo, a celebrity photographer, who had gone public to accuse him of raping her on two occasions when she was a teenager.

During their last case, an Abuja court had dismissed Busola’s claims, ordering the photographer’s lawyer to pay N1 million fine for wasting the court’s time and abusing judicial procedures.
