The singer is also being sued for $20 million (£14.9 million), according to the suit obtained by TMZ.

The plaintiff, who is identified as ‘Jane Doe’ in legal documents, claimed that the assault took place on December 30, 2020, in Miami, Florida.

She alleged that she was speaking to a friend via FaceTime when Brown grabbed the phone and told her to follow him to Miami.

The lawsuit stated that Doe, a dancer, model, and musical artiste, met Brown on the yacht parked at Diddy’s residence.

According to the suit, Brown offered her a drink — which she claimed was mixed — in the kitchen after which they discussed her music career.

Brown was said to have “offered her tips about starting a career in the music industry.”

The suit added that Brown allegedly filled Doe’s cup for a second time, after which she became “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep.”

In the document, the woman alleged that Brown closed the bedroom door — preventing her from leaving — removed her bikini bottoms, and started kissing her.

Doe claimed that she urged Brown to stop, but he “persisted and raped” her.

The singer appeared to have reacted to the allegation via his Instagram story.

Brown also insinuated that he is being sued because he is about to put out a new song.

“I HOPE YALL SEE THIS PATTERN… whenever im releasing music or projects [sic],” he wrote.
