Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme, Nollywood actors, are considering working on a new joint project.
The movie stars got fans excited on Wednesday after they shared an Instagram conversation about dropping the new project.
Iheme initiated the talk after he asked Ikedieze: “How far Edu? Just over here soliloquising. I just dey see DM and old clips everywhere. Guess it’s time to answer the call of nature and drop something. How you see am?”
Chinedu responded with “this will be interesting ooo. Should we give them a movie or series?”
Iheme asked fans: “Guys what do you think? Should we give you a movie or TV series? What should we call it?”
Hailing from Imo state, Iheme is widely known for playing the role of Pawpaw in the film ‘Aki na Ukwa’ alongside Ikedieze. In 2007, Iheme received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the African Movie Academy Awards.
In 2011, he was honored as a Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR) by President Goodluck Jonathan.
Ikedieze, who is popularly known as Aki, has featured in over 150 films in a career spanning over 20 years. He has acted in the role of a kid in most of his films during his early career due to his stature and physical appearance.
The pair rose to prominence after featuring in ‘Aki na Ukwa’, a 2002 comedy film directed by Amayo Philips.
