On October 20, men in army uniform had opened fire on unarmed #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki toll gate.

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, had promised that the video footage of the shooting will be submitted to the judicial panel on police brutality.

But on Sunday, Babatunde Fashola, minister of works and housing, found the hidden camera while on a tour of the toll gate where the #EndSARS protesters demonstrated for 13 days before they were forcefully dispersed.
