Cassie Ventura, the ex-girlfriend of Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs, has continued her testimony as the prosecution’s star witness in the rapper’s high-profile “sex trafficking” trial.

Taking the stand for a second day on Wednesday, the ‘Me & You’ hitmaker provided disturbing new details about the alleged abuse she endured during their relationship.

Ventura testified that Diddy coerced her into participating in drug-fueled “freak off” sex parties that left her with recurring urinary tract infections (UTIs), mouth sores — from having oral sex with lubricant repeatedly — and gastrointestinal issues.

“It was really painful for a long time,” she told the court. “I can’t believe I actually dealt with that.”

The 38-year-old musician said the infections became so frequent that antibiotics stopped working,” adding that she started taking opiates just to numb the pain.

She said she tried to avoid kissing male escorts to prevent infections, but alleged Diddy would pressure her into compliance.

Cassie, who is pregnant with her third child for husband Alex Fine, claimed Diddy forcibly removed her from a bar on her 29th birthday to participate in one of the parties against her will.

She also referenced the infamous 2016 surveillance video showing Diddy physically assaulting her in a hotel hallway, alleging he later tried to manipulate her by falsely claiming he was being arrested.

Ventura testified that Diddy’s “violence often continued after the sex parties,” sometimes in front of the hired escorts.

Cassie is yet to be cross-examined by Diddy’s lawyers, who argued that she was not forced but willingly consented to the “freak offs”.
