According to the website specifically set up for the album release, OṢÓ “depicts Brymo’s propensity to evolve his art”. The singer is said to have “brought class, growth, and maturity to the table” with the new body of work.

The singer-songwriter’s last project, ‘Klitoris’, received rave reviews for its originality and quality of sound.

Dedicated to keeping his art sacred, the new album is said to be “his strongest work till date – an atmospheric, introspective set that’s built on masterful songwriting, philosophy and rhythm”.

The album includes stand out songs like the rhythmic ‘No Be Me’, the reflective ‘God Is In Your Mind’ inspired by the work of a Ghanaian fine artist; where Brymo brought his vocal prowess accompanied by strong guitar-riff by David Ubani, and to the soulful ‘Bá’núsọ.

OṢÓ will be released March 27, and it is already available for pre-order.

The album will also be followed by a book launch and concert which will take place in April.
