Bovi Ugboma, the Nigerian standup comedian, and Kris Asimonye Ugboma, his wife, have taken to social media to celebrate their 16th wedding anniversary.
The lovebirds took to Instagram to share photos of themselves and their children, capturing their memories as a family.
In the caption they wrote: “Founded September 19, 2009. 16 years today, these are the results so far. When we get bored, we will make new ones.”

The couple tied the knot in 2009 and their union is blessed with three children – two boys and a girl.
Bovi is a graduate of Theatre Arts from Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka. He ventured into entertainment in the mid-2000s.
He made his stand-up comedy debut in Nigeria’s premiere comedy franchise Night of a Thousand Laughs — organised by Opa Williams.
Since then, Bovi has become a household name in the Nigerian comedy industry.
In 2013, the comedian started his one-man stand-up special ‘Bovi: Man on Fire’, which has become one of his signature shows.
Bovi is also an actor and producer. He premiered his first movie ‘It’s Her Day’ on September 9, 2016 and ‘My Village People’ in 2021.
In 2017, he was nominated for the AMVCA awards as the best actor in comedy.
