Seun Oloketuyi, CEO of Best of Nollywood (BON) Awards, and some movie stars paid a visit to the head office of Unilever Nigeria on Thursday.
The company was the title sponsor of the second edition of BON Awards in 2010.
The courtesy visit, according to Oloketuyi, was to say thank you for Unilever Nigeria’s support of BON Awards over the years and to appreciate its contribution to the Nollywood.
The 10th edition of the awards is billed to hold in November.
Yaw Nsarkoh, managing director of Unilever Nigeria, led the management team of the company to receive the delegation.
Nsarkoh reiterated his company’s readiness to support the tenth edition of the awards which honours filmmakers and actors.
“I can categorically state without consulting, that we shall be part of your event this year. But we shall duly consult with the marketing team, to advice on ways in which we can come in,” he said.
The delegation included Gbenga Adeyinka, an actor/comedian, and Yemi Black, a Nollywood star.
