Emeka Akumefule, Nigerian rapper better known as Blaqbonez, says it’s not a must for someone to have just one sexual partner all their lives in the name of marriage or staying committed.

The rapper gave his opinion about people who speak against polygamy yet have sex with those who are not their own partners in a video shared on his Twitter page.

In the video shared on Monday, the 25-year-old also took a hit at those criticising him for his views.

“I believe one person is not supposed to have one sexual partner, like if you get married. I think it’s bulls**t. Do you, that’s what I’m saying. If you want to have sex with this person, do you,” the rapper said.

“Even the men that are attacking me, they’re cheating. Look me in the eyes and tell me you didn’t cheat on your girlfriend before. Or say you didn’t cheat on the previous one or your homeboys are not cheating.

“And you’re okay with it and defending them. You’re part of the polygamous circle but come on social media to pretend everything is cool. To the women, your a** is okay to have a sugar daddy, one that is married. Init?

“Or your friends are having it and it’s cool. ‘Go girl, go get that coin.’ Abi? All I’m saying is do you if you want without making up sh*t about commitment. I’m not the finest man for you to have sex with me alone all your life.

“If you see a man that is fine and you want to have a one-night stand, do you girl. That’s my whole point. You’re part of the polygamous circle if you having sex with men for money. Don’t come here and be feigning holy.”

Blaqbonez’s comment comes after Pete Edochie, a veteran Nollywood actor, was criticised for stating that many Nigerian women can do nothing if the husbands they condemned for cheating decide to go for a second wife.
