The movie star, in an interview with Chude Jideonwo, the media entrepreneur, said she didn’t attend a university.

She said she sometimes feels she had missed “a major part of life” and wished she attended a varsity.

Aiyeola added that she is now comfortable talking about it because, without the degree, she has succeeded.

“To date, I still feel funny about it. I still feel like I missed out on a major part of life. I am in a gathering, and people are talking, ‘oh you remember this lecturer’ and I absolutely have nothing to say,” the actress said.

“I kind of feel left out I really wish I did pass through the four walls of the university. I love experiencing things for myself. I really wished I experienced that, so I do feel some type of way.

“I feel like I am probably brave enough because I see some of my friends who have one, two, or three degrees and they are back to learning a skill to provide for themselves and their families.

“They are back to leaning on talent to feed themselves and achieve their dreams. I am okay talking about it now because God has blessed me. I still feel a type of way about it.

“It’s always there but I don’t dwell on it because there is too much to be grateful for.”

Bisola Aiyeola also spoke about how her mother’s disappointment about her premarital pregnancy broke her.

In 2008, Aiyeola was also one of the contestants of Project Fame West Africa where she came fifth.
