Ben and Chizoba have been evicted from the BBNaija ‘No Loose Guard’ house.
The eviction occurred during the live show on Sunday.
On September 1, Big Brother disbanded the pairs of housemates, who initially entered the house as dynamic duos.
Along with the unpairing, Big Brother scrapped the custodian challenge and the head of house (HoH) balloting system.
The custodian challenge, introduced at the start of the season, had granted immunity to winning housemates for the week, along with the power to nominate others for eviction.
HoH balloting determined the heads of house, though this title did not offer immunity.
Under the new rules, only one head of house will be chosen each week, and they will automatically secure immunity from eviction.
All evictions moving forward will be conducted individually.
Tjay won this week’s HoH title and earned immunity.
However, nine housemates were nominated for eviction.
They include Topher, KellyRae, Kassia, Sooj, Victoria, Shaun, Ben, Chizoba, and Ozee.
Ben and Chizoba were sent packing after garnering the lowest votes.
This year’s BBNaija premiered on July 28 with the unveiling of 28 housemates paired up in a team of 14.
The show will run for 71 days and end on October 6.
The winner of the 2024 season will go home with the grand prize of N100 million.
