Rooboy, the former BBNaija season 10 housemate, has pinpointed his heightened emotions as a key vulnerability during his time in the reality TV house.

The hypeman, whose real name is Kayode Olatunde, was evicted from the show last Sunday alongside fellow contestants Mide and Zita.

In a post-eviction interview, Rooboy acknowledged his emotional nature, suggesting it may have ultimately been a disadvantage.

The reality star, however, countered the weakness with what he believes was his greatest strength: a resilient and adaptable mindset.

“I’ll start with my weaknesses. I feel like one of them is I was too emotional. It affects me in some type of way whereby people get to see me finish and that is okay. My strength was that I had the ability to adapt and not take things too seriously or take things too deep,” he said.

The BBNaija season 10 edition kicked off with a two-day opening ceremony. The female housemates were unveiled first on July 26.

The male contestants were ushered into the show on July 27, making it a total of 29 housemates.

So far, 19 housemates have been voted out of the reality show. Imisi, Koyin, Kola, Dede, Kaybobo, Sultana, Mandan, Jason Jae, Isabella and Faith all clinched their spots to the finale.

The remaining 10 contestants will slug it out to take home a staggering N150 million — the highest grand prize in the show’s history since its debut in 2006.

The season is expected to wrap up on October 5.
