Tacha Akide, the former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, has been awarded an honorary doctorate degree from Prowess University in Delaware, US, in conjunction with Lead Times African Magazine.
The apparently excited reality star took to her social media pages on Saturday to announce her latest achievement.
The radio host held her certificate while seating among other awardees.
In a series of posts on her Instastory, the reality TV star shared videos of herself taking pictures with her family members.

In a terse post on Twitter, the 27-year-old reality star appreciated the organisers of the honorary doctorate and her team “for all your love & support over the years”.
“It’s such an honour to receive this honorary doctorate. This is particularly special A huge thank you to Titans and My Team for all your love & support over the years. We’ve got lots more work to do!!! Dr Tacha,” she wrote.
The event was held at the University of Lagos. Tacha was certified the “Lead Times Africa Icon in Leadership & Professionalism 2023”.
The reality star participated in the 2019 edition of BBNaija and has since crafted a name for herself in the entertainment industry.
Tacha ventured into the fashion industry and also launched her own merchandise.
