All housemates — except the head of house (HoH) and deputy — have been nominated for what appeared to be a “fake eviction” on the ‘Level Up’ edition of the BBNaija show.

Shortly after the HoH game, Biggie informed housemates to nominate two housemates for eviction.

As instructed by Biggie, no housemate is expected to reveal the names they put up for eviction to anyone.

Adekunle, the digital marketer, got 7 nominations — the highest — followed by Chichi who was nominated six times.

Hermes and Doyin got five nominations each while Sheggz, Amaka, and Rachel had four apiece.

At the end of the exercise, Biggie announced that all housemates were up for possible eviction.

Chomzy, who became the HoH for week five, had picked Eloswag as deputy — granting the pair immunity against eviction.

But in a Twitter post, the organisers revealed that there would be no eviction this week during the live Sunday show.

“Biggie announces that all the HMs are up for possible EViction except for the HoH and her companion. Note: There will be no Eviction on Sunday but the HMs are unaware,” BBNaija wrote.

At the beginning of this year’s show, Biggie, in a surprise twist, divided the housemates into two different houses namely level 1 and level 2.

But on Sunday, the instructive voice behind the show announced that the two houses will be merged together.

Before the merger, the level 1 housemates have dominated the race for the much-coveted head of house (HoH) position since the show started.

They repeated the feat in the fourth week with Eloswag becoming the HoH for the second time in four weeks.

The show’s third week saw the emergence of Adekunle as the HoH. Hermes had won the HoH title for week two, while Eloswag secured the position in week one.
