Team Beta has become the second pair to be saved from this week’s possible eviction after winning the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality TV show nomination challenge.
Friends Beta (Tjay and Ben) played an impressive game in the arena, keeping up their guard and balance in the obstacle relay that relied heavily on teamwork and speed.
The pair went up against 24 housemates for the nomination challenge at the arena.
During the game, each housemate was tasked to walk over the bins towards a basket full of ping-pong balls and take them to the other empty basket.
They were asked to go through the same process interchangeably till the sound of the closing buzzer. After the challenge, Beta had the most balls with seven.
It means the two friends are safe from this week’s nominations while the other pairs are up for possible eviction except the Ndi Nne pair — who became the first custodians of the house.
The Mbadiwe Twins, who won the first heads of house (HoH) title, are also up for possible eviction, according to Biggie’s new and surprising twist.
Biggie earlier announced that HoH will not have immunity — a huge change from previous seasons where they enjoyed immunity from eviction nominations and had veto power to save and replace housemates.
