The management of Beauty Tukura, the former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season seven housemate, has finally spoken about her disqualification.

Beauty was disqualified on Sunday after she was issued a double strike — a few minutes before the live eviction show.

Beauty was sanctioned for an altercation she had with Groovy during Saturday night’s party, which she threw her glasses and wig on him.

The 23-year-old was issued her first strike on July 31 — barely a week after the show had begun — for pulling the hair of Ilebaye, her fellow housemate.

In a statement issued via her social media pages on Monday, Team Beauty apologised on her behalf, adding that they “can’t and won’t make excuses for her actions”.

“The last few hours have been an emotional one for BeeNavy, family and friends of our queen, Beauty Tukura,” the statement reads.

“We are still struggling to come to terms with the whole situation because it’s still hard to believe Beauty’s time in the Big brother house was cut short. This wasn’t the plan, it wasn’t.

“In just two weeks, we built a resilient force, BEENAVY LA Thank you for choosing to stick by and love this flawed human.

“The love has been overwhelming! We know you had and still have the best plans for Beauty.
