‘Oppenheimer,’ a movie by Christopher Nolan, the British director, leads this year’s BAFTA Film Award nominations with a total of 13.
The annual award ceremony — hosted by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) — is aimed to honour the best British and international contributions to film.
The nominees were announced on Thursday.
‘Poor Things’ secured 11 nominations while ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ got nine nods. ‘Barbie’ and ‘Saltburn’ both bagged five nominations.
Hosted by former ‘Doctor Who’ star David Tennant, the ceremony for the 2024 BAFTAs will take place on February 18 in London.
