On Monday, the actresses revealed that they briefly parked outside the premises of the Lagos-based fashion store, waiting for an Uber, when they were confronted by a police officer who forcefully demanded that they move their vehicle.

Hutchings said the situation led to the officer allegedly discharging them with teargas. She also vowed to take legal action against the fashion brand.

On her part, George said she was “heartbroken over the unprovoked attack”, saying she is struggling with her eyes and having difficulty breathing.
