Another man has filed a lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs, accusing the rapper of drugging and raping him as a minor.
The man, identified as John Doe, alleged that the incident took place at a New York nightclub in 2012 when he was 17 years old.
Doe alleged that upon entering the club, he was invited to Combs’ private table, where he was given multiple shots of vodka, causing him to feel “hazy and disoriented”.
He claimed he later realised the drink had been spiked after he began “losing consciousness and control of his body,” with “his faculties” impacted.
Doe further alleged that he was then led to a back room of the SoHo club, filled with people using drugs and engaging with escorts, where Diddy raped him.
He said he was aware of what was happening but could not stop it because he came in and out of consciousness.
However, Diddy has continued to refute the allegations.
His lawyer also told BBC that the rapper has “never” assaulted anyone.
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor,” he said.
The new allegation comes a few weeks after three more male victims claimed the rapper drugged and raped them between 2019 and 2022.
Diddy was arrested on September 16 over sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
The US magistrate judge Robyn Tarnofsky ordered that the entertainer be jailed while awaiting trial.
Tarnofsky’s order followed after the Bad Boy Records founder pleaded not guilty to the 14-page federal indictment against him.
The 55-year-old was also accused of sexually abusing 120 women and men, including a 9-year-old boy.
The rapper faces life in prison if convicted on the racketeering charge. He faces another statutory minimum of 15 years for the sex trafficking charge.
His sex trafficking trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025.
Shawn Carter, another prominent rapper better known as Jay Z, was recently accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in a suit against Diddy.
