The 2021 BBNaija housemate took to social media on Monday night to share a photo of his damaged car with a caption that reads: “Thank God for life.”

He also recalled that he was involved in an accident in 2019, on one of the days leading up to his birthday.

“Been a while I cried, I think life got me too hardened,” the reality TV star said in another post.

Umoh was one of the participants of BBNaija’s sixth season where he was a finalist.

The reality TV star’s car crash comes after the death of Rico Swavey, another BBNaija ex-housemate.

Swavey’s management had, before his death, announced that he was on life support.

This was shortly after a fundraiser was launched in his name to facilitate his treatment.

The reality star was involved in a ghastly car accident for which he was receiving medical care.

Rico’s death has been met with a chorus of condemnation since footage of his last moments surfaced online

Some of his fans had accused the staff of Doren Specialist Hospital in Lagos of recording the footage but the facility dismissed the allegations.

In the wake of the controversies trailing his death, the Lagos government announced it has commenced an investigation into the matter.

Swavey participated in the 2018 edition of BBNaija titled ‘Double Wahala’ which Miracle Igbokwe won.
