Chinedu Ikedieze, the Nollywood actor better known as Aki, and his new wife Stephanie Promise have welcomed the arrival of a baby boy.
The movie star took to his Instagram account on Saturday evening to announce the arrival of his bundle of joy.
Aki shared a photo from his wife’s maternity shoot and another image of his newborn child’s feet.
The movie star also called on his colleagues and followers to celebrate with him while thanking God for safe delivery.
“My wonderful people, please rejoice with us my wife and I have welcomed a bouncing baby boy. To God Be The Glory,” he wrote.

Aki tied the knot with Nneoma Nwaijah in 2011.
They held their traditional marriage in November 2011 at Obolo, Isiala Mbano, Imo state. However, it remains unclear when they split.
Aki is best known for acting alongside his colleague Osita Iheme in the 2002 Nigerian comedy film ‘Aki na Ukwa’.
The film also marked their maiden collaboration as ‘Aki and Paw Paw’. Their chemistry has been celebrated in Nollywood.
In 2021, they delighted fans by remaking the iconic movie.
Aki has featured in over 150 films in a career spanning over 22 years. He acted in the role of a kid in most of his films during his early career due to his physical appearance.
