Kenneth ‘Aguba’ Jideofor, the ace actor, has returned to his hometown after receiving free accommodation and medical treatment from Omega Power Ministry (OPM).

In July 2022, photos of Aguba in a dilapidated building surfaced and went viral on social media.

The actor’s condition raised concerns among Nigerians on social media while the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) said “his case may be spiritual”.

Chibuzor Chinyere, the general overseer of OPM, however, offered to render his assistance to the actor.

“Instead of him sleeping on the streets, I, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, G.O of OPM, is giving him free accommodation in one of the OPM free estates. With free feeding,” he had said.

“He has been given accommodation at one of the OPM free estates. He is now at the OPM free hospital for medical checkup. God is great.”

The ministry disclosed that the actor has returned to his hometown.

“The Return of Aguba. On 22nd March 2023, the veteran Nollywood actor, Kenneth Chinwetalu popular known as Aguba, returns to his hometown in Enugu state,” OPM wrote on Instagram alongside photos of Aguba with smiles etched on his face.

“This is after some months since the general overseer of OPM found him homeless and brought him to Port Harcourt, gave him a home, cared for him, had him medically evaluated and treated him properly.

“Now he returns to his hometown Enugu, where the man of God has gotten him an apartment, a caregiver who Apostle Chibuzor placed on monthly allowance.

“And currently looking for a good shop to establish a business for him because Enugu is where he said he desires to be in his hometown. Aguba no more homeless.”

TheCable Lifestyle had previously reported that the cleric announced conditions of marriage for whoever is interested to be Aguba’s wife.

“Any lady that agrees to these conditions should send your phone number so we can commence the marriage process,” the general overseer of OPM had said.
