In a recent interview with Glitch Africa, the budding artiste, who now performs under the stage name Champz, expressed pride in what he has already accomplished at a young age and optimism for the future.

Champz added that he looks forward to achieving even more, thanking God, his mum, and all those who have supported his journey.

“No, I don’t feel pressured by my dad’s success. I’m 14 years old, I still have a long way to go, and I have done a lot for my age. The EP, the releases, the achievements… I thank God, my mum, and everyone who has supported me,” he said.

“On this EP, I have J Hus, Nas, Asco, and Clavish. They were the main inspiration for the project,” he added.
