Katy Perry, the US singer, has shared loved-up photos with Justin Trudeau, former prime minister of Canada, on social media amid rumours they’re dating.
Perry, 41, recently posted a series of affectionate photos and videos of the pair together in Japan on Instagram.
“Tokyo times on tour and more,” she captioned the post.
The images offer a glimpse into what appears to be a close and playful dynamic.
In one photo, the ‘Roar’ hitmaker and the 53-year-old politician pose cheek-to-cheek, smiling warmly at the camera.
Another video shows Perry trying the Japanese delicacy as a beaming Trudeau watches on.

The post significantly fuels rumours that have swirled since July, when TMZ reported the two were seen having a dinner date at the upscale Montreal restaurant Le Violon.
Perry was in Japan as part of her global tour, promoting her latest album ‘143’.
The Tokyo stop followed a string of concerts across Asia, South America, the United States, and Europe.
In October, PEOPLE quoted a source as saying Trudeau had “been pursuing” the singer since their dates in Montreal and that Perry also “finds him attractive”.
“He even flew to California to see her during a tour break. They have an easy connection. She finds him attractive. He’s been very respectful,” the source said.
Trudeau stepped down as prime minister in January after nearly a decade in power. His separation from his wife of 18 years, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, was announced in mid-2023. The former couple share three children.
Perry was previously in a relationship with actor Orlando Bloom, with whom she has a daughter. Their relationship ended in June.
