Nigerian TikTok personality Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, widely known as Jadrolita or Jarvis, has refuted claims of money laundering levelled against her by her boyfriend Habeeb ‘Peller’ Hamzat.

The controversy erupted after Hamzat took to social media, alleging that Jadrolita was involved in a fraudulent scheme through her TikTok livestreams.

He claimed she confessed to him that some of her top gifters demand a 50% refund of the monetary value of the virtual gifts they send, an arrangement he characterized as a form of “money laundering”.

Reacting in a statement posted via her social media pages, Jarvis denied the claims, labeling them as “patently false and malicious”.

The content creator framed the incident as a deliberate attack on her character and professional reputation.

The statement announced that her legal team is actively “exploring the possibility of filing a defamation lawsuit” against Hamzat.

It further attributed his actions to being motivated by “envy and malice,” emphasizing that Jadrolita has spent years building a career grounded in “integrity, creativity, and professional excellence.”

“Once again, we are at the center, with profound dismay and indignation, that Hamzat Habeeb Adeja, popularly known as Peller, recently disseminated a patently false and malicious allegation via social media, baselessly accusing Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, popularly known as Jadrolita, of involvement in money laundering activities,” the statement reads.

“This contrived falsehood not only lacks any shred of evidence but bespoke a deliberate and unconscionable assault on Jadrolita’s sterling reputation, one built painstakingly through years of integrity, creativity, and unwavering commitment to excellence in her professional endeavors.

“The management of Jadrolita, alongside her esteemed legal counsel, categorically denies these allegations. We are currently exploring the possibility of initiating a defamation lawsuit against Mr. Peller. Such accusations are not just damaging but are a direct violation of human rights with an attack on her character and legality, which deserve stringent legal action of this kind.”

Calling on the public and her supporters to disregard the accusations, the statement described Hamzat as an “unscrupulous individual” intent on smearing her image.

It concluded with a reassurance of her “unwavering integrity” and a commitment to continue her work despite the challenge.

“Such baseless actions are seriously injurious to Jadrolita’s psyche and professional life and must no longer be tolerated,” the statement added.

“We call on the general public, well-meaning individuals, and loyal clientele to disregard these preposterous allegations with the disdain they wholly deserve. Mr. Peller is an unscrupulous individual whose intent is clearly bent on smearing the good image of Jadrolita.

“We remain steadfast in our righteousness, committed to continuing our groundbreaking work, and grateful to our clients and supporters for remaining resolute during this unfortunately challenging time.

“We assure all stakeholders of Jadrolita’s unwavering integrity and commitment to the ongoing initiatives within and beyond Nigeria that are changing lives positively. Together, through truth and dedicated service, we will surmount this challenge while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Thank you for your loyal support.”
