David Oyedepo, founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, and Faith, his wife, have celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary.

The couple’s children shared several photos of their parents via Instagram to mark the occasion on Thursday.
The Oyedepos dazzled in white traditional attire with radiant smiles in the photos.
“Happy 43rd Wedding Anniversary to our parents Bishop David and Pastor Mrs Faith Oyedepo,” the post reads.

“We give God glory for your marriage! Thank you for showing us that a lasting hitch-free marriage is possible.

“We pray that the Lord would continue to uphold you and your home shall continue to reflect His glory and beauty, drawing multitudes to the kingdom, in Jesus’ name, amen! Congratulations Sir & Ma.”

The couple tied the knot in 1982. The union has been blessed with four children – David Jr, Isaac, Love and Joyce.

Oyedepo, who is also the chancellor of Covenant University and Landmark University, was named the richest pastor in Nigeria by Forbes magazine in 2011.

Faith had earlier advised single people against marrying under pressure. She argued that people who hurry to get married “end up in regret”.

“Don’t manage to marry and don’t hurry to marry because those who do end up in regret. Understand that a really good catch may not make a really good match,” she said.
