Burna Boy took advantage of Sophia, says Angela Okorie on ‘sex for Lambo’ controversy

Angela Okorie, the actress, has slammed Burna Boy for “taking advantage of a woman” after an intimate encounter.

In an audio recording circulating online, socialite Sophia Egbueje claimed that Burna Boy had promised to buy her a Lamborghini, but reneged on his pledge after they became intimate.

She alleged that he gave excuses for not buying the car, prompting her to block him and purchase the vehicle herself.

“Burna Boy keeps giving excuses, so I blocked him and paid for the Lamborghini myself,” Egbueje said in the recording.

Reacting in an Instagram post, Okorie described Burna Boy’s actions as the “wrongest thing any celebrity could ever do”.

“God made you a mega superstar for a reason. To advocate for the people who cannot speak, to help people who need help because that girl needs help,” she said.

“But you took advantage of her because she told you her price. If you cannot afford it then you cannot afford it. So you leave it for the people who can afford it.

“She named her price and told you she is as big as Lamborghini and that if you can afford that then you can sleep with her. But you took advantage of it.”

Burna Boy had earlier shared a video of himself singing, seemingly mocking Egbueje for making a fuss about the issue.
