Paul ‘Rudeboy’ Okoye, the Nigerian singer, has reaffirmed that Psquare, the music group he shared with his twin brother, no longer exists.

Psquare split in 2017 following a feud between Peter Okoye and Paul. Though they reunited in November 2021, their reconciliation was short-lived.

Paul recently revealed another fallout, accusing Peter of orchestrating his arrest by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Peter, however, denied the allegations and accused Jude Okoye, their older brother, of diverting millions of dollars from their joint account into a secret company.

Responding to the accusations, Jude said he had done everything possible, even “sacrificing himself,” to mend the rift between his brothers.

Paul, in a now-viral Instagram live session, expressed frustration over his past role in the music group.

He claimed to have done most of the work while others benefited. He also said he would continue pursuing his solo career rather than returning to the music group.

“Those days monkey dey work, baboon dey chop, I no dey do again,” he said in Pidgin English.

“So I would rather continue working for myself. Every time, only me dey sing all the songs. I no dey do again.”

The singer recently revealed the rift between himself and his twin brother is more complicated than it is viewed.
