Burna Boy has asked Dammy Krane to take down a social media post wherein he accused Davido of being involved in the death of his friend Tagbo Umeike.
Umeike died from alleged alcohol poisoning in October 2017 after his birthday party at Shisha Lounge in Lekki, Lagos state.
Davido previously dismissed claims that he had a hand in Tagbo’s death.
Last month, Krane revisited the matter, accusing Davido of being a “murderer”. He also hurled curses at the ‘OBO’ hitmaker.
Reacting to the accusation, Davido threatened to sue Krane for “defamation of character and cyberbullying”.
Krane, however, continued to call out Davido — despite the legal threat.
On Friday, the singer said he is ready to testify in court against the ‘Assurance’ hitmaker. He also dared Davido to sue him if he was lying.
“I’m boldly saying @davido has hand in Tagbo’s death,” he wrote.
“If im lying they should sue me, make everything cast for court. I ready help am spread all hin dirty linen for” public.”
But reacting via the post’s comment section, Burna Boy berated Krane for making “insensitive remarks” about Davido.
The Grammy Award winner also called on Krane to delete the post, adding that it was not the right way to handle rift.
He cautioned Krane against seeking to send Davido to jail, referencing their shared experience of being locked up in prison.
