Kizz Daniel, the Nigerian singer and songwriter, has come through with ‘Double’, his highly anticipated single.
The singer announced the release of the song via his social media pages in the early hours of Friday.
In ‘Double’, Kizz Daniel showers encomium on Mjay, his wife. He also croons about the depth of his love and level of commitment to her.
“I double the money, the baby and everything that you need/ I double the money, the baby and everything that you need/ Girl I promise o yeah/ I promise to always be there/ Even when you mess up/ Na me go still tell you no vex/ I go give you respect, the respect I give my mama/ You say make I give you pikin/ Make I give you Jela and Jalli,” he sings.
He also accompanies the song with a colorful visualizer where the two lovebirds are seen dancing and having fun together.
In March, the singer finally unveiled the identity of his wife after years of being together.
The couple welcomed a set of triplets in March 2021, however, they lost one of them a few days later.
Daniel rose to stardom in 2015 following the release of his single titled ‘Woju’ and has since then become one of the prominent names in the Nigerian music space.
He has also received several awards and recognition for his craft.
