Wizkid, the Afrobeats star, has sparked a frenzy on social media after mocking Davido and Don Jazzy, the music producer.
In a fresh rant on X, the ‘Made in Lagos’ hitmaker said he had a lot on his mind but would not spill them because they were offensive and unsavoury.
“Everyday I get things to say but my mouth no good..” he wrote.

The singer then launched his first missile at Don Jazzy, the Mavin Records head honcho, over a dig on Afrobeats artistes by Ladipoe.
The rapper and Mavin signee had challenged Afrobeats artistes to live up to the culture just like their counterparts in the hip-hop genre.
“Nigerian rappers that survived ‘hip hop is dead’ watching Afrobeat artists go through their own,” he wrote.

A curious fan had brought the rapper’s tweet to Wizkid’s attention, asking him to address it.

“Lol never chatting to anyone signed to an influencer. Next,” Wikzid replied — in what appeared to be a shot at Don Jazzy.
The ‘Ojuelegba’ hitmaker also took a swipe at Davido, his colleague, while responding to a user who sought a music release.
“Sha release song,” the fan asked.
Engaging the user, the Afrobeats star asked if “it was by force” to release a new track, to which the fan replied: “Yes na by force, biggest bird”.
In his reaction, the 33-year-old shared a viral video of Davido on his kneels, pleading and crying, while asking the user to do the same.

Wizkid’s outburst comes a few hours after Rema, the Afrobeats singer, voiced his frustration about everything concerning Afrobeats.
