Omoniyi Raphael, the Nigerian singer fondly called Zlatan Ibile, has come through with a new single titled ‘Omo Ologo.’

The indigenous rapper took to his Instagram page to announce the release of the song’s audio and visuals. 

In ‘Omo Ologo’, produced by Chech, Zlatan talks about his journey so far as a musician.

The singer says despite the challenges that bedevilled the world during the COVID-19 lockdown, “we all came out stronger.”

The rapper also calls himself “the glorious child who rose to stardom through hard work.”

“Till the second coming of Jesus Christ I go dey give them / Mo t’ajero from Monday to Friday jaiye ni weekend / I don’t need up to 16 bars to prove that I am wicked / And I bet you all can testify that this young n***a is gifted / Oya won lenu bi mo shey n tena 2017, 18, 19 / Best New Act AFRIMMA la ba gboriwo quarantine / Lockdown fe run wa down la ba fariga faraki,” the lyrics reads. 

Since the release of his debut studio album in 2019, Zlatan has received a number of awards in recognition of his craft.

The rapper has also enjoyed massive receptions for some of his hit songs like ‘Zanku’, ‘The Matter’, ‘Shotan’, ‘Quilox’ and ‘Lagos Anthem’.
