Portable, the fast-rising Nigerian singer, has been spotted venting his rage at Kogbagidi, his manager.
In a series of video clips shared on his Instagram stories, the singer could be seen arguing with his manager about issues related to money, car ownership, and contract.
Portable, who wielded a baseball bat in one of the clips, was seen threatening to hit Kogbagidi while some of his other associates tried to placate him.
“I gave you $500 and N500,000 two times. You’ve ripped me. You know you’re a ripper,” the singer said while tackling Kogbagidi.
But in a follow-up video, Portable and Kogbagidi appeared to have settled their dispute.
Portable gained traction with his hit track ‘Zazoo Zeh’ featuring Olamide, the rapper, and Poco Lee, the dancer.
He was recently in the news after he called out Poco Lee for allegedly ripping him off on their hit track.
Portable had also alleged that Poco Lee had cheated him on the cash gifted to him by Wizkid, the Grammy award winner.
In his rant, Portable had claimed that Wizkid threw about $3,000 to him while dancing but Poco Lee gave him $600.
His rant had stirred up an altercation between him and Kogbagidi, the show promoter who manages him.
In a video reacting to the development, Kogbagidi had “strongly disapproved” of Portable’s actions.
The show promoter went ahead to state that he was sending the singer packing from their hotel “for now”.
The trio would later resolve their differences, with Poco Lee and Portable releasing the visuals for ‘Zazoo Zeh’.
