Onome Onokohwomo, the Nigerian rapper better known as Yung6ix, has added his voice to the backlash trailing Shatta Wale for taking a dig at Nigerian artistes.

In a now-viral video, Shatta Wale taunted Nigerian artistes who he claimed had sworn that he wouldn’t sell out his own concert.

The dancehall star reiterated that he doesn’t need to work with Nigerian artistes to sell out a stadium.

“They said I won’t be able to fill my own stadium. I don’t need any Nigerian artiste to sell out Ghana’s stadium, f**k Nigerian artistes,” the Ghanaian musician had said.

His outburst has made him the target of tirade insults from Nigerians, particularly celebrities, on social media.

In a tweet on his verified Twitter account on Monday, Yung6ix launched expletives at Shatta Wale over the comment, adding that he’s “never seen two countries coexist in love like Nigeria and Ghana.”

He then added that the Ghanaian is “fighting a lost cause.”

“For the record, f**k Shatta Wale, you will not attach the name Nigeria to worthless agenda and not be addressed. Never seen two countries coexist in love like Nigeria and Ghana. You are fighting a lost cause,” the rapper said.
