BBNaija 2021: Pere becomes third head of house

Pere has become the third head of house (HoH) for the ongoing Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) ‘Shine Ya Eye’ edition.

The 36-year-old visual artist garnered 25 points to stay ahead of Liquorose (14), Nini (13), Cross (11) and the other 15 housemates during the keenly contested dice game to secure the coveted position on Monday.

The development means Pere will be exempted from this week’s eviction show holding next Sunday.

Last Monday, he had revealed in his diary session that no less than 15 housemates will nominate him because of his role as a wildcard.

To clinch the HoH title, housemates were asked to play the dice game. To start the game, housemates had to roll a ‘6’ to which many of them rolled easily unlike the first and second week, where majority of them struggled to find the lucky number.

Before the HoH challenge, Biggie had informed JMC, Kayvee, Michael and Queen, the three new housemates, to step aside and learn from their colleagues.

Shortly after the HoH challenge, Biggie informed the housemates to get ready for their nomination night, where each housemate gets to put up 2 of their colleagues for eviction.
