Adanma, daughter of Ikedi Ohakim, ex-governor of Imo state, has given her opinion on marriages in Nigeria.
Adanma took to her Instagram page on Wednesday to share lovey-dovey pictures of herself with her husband.
In the caption, she said marriage can be hard, acknowledging there are days of high intolerance among couples.
She, however, added that Nigerian marriage is harder.
“Marriage is hard, but Nigerian marriage is harder. If I ever wrote an exam that asked: ‘Being a Christian wife in a Nigerian marriage, what the Holy Spirit expects of you. Discuss.’ Omo na F9, straight,” she wrote.
“Because e get some days when the Holy Spirit go relocate for few hours (to check on other Christian wives to see how they’re holding up).
“At this point the battle na between you (without Holy Spirit) and any demon wey dey around your area.
“This is the time when some women pour hot water on their husbands (or acid. Really depends on the availability of resources) just before the Holy Spirit comes back.”
Adamma walked down the aisle with Amaha Okoroafor, a lawyer and fitness expert, at an Abuja event in 2015.
