3some, a 2018 Nollywood movie, has won four awards at the American World Music and Independent Film Festival.
The movie was awarded the best Nollywood feature film.
Ikechukwu Mitchel Ogbonna, a Nollywood actor who featured in the movies, was awarded best actor in a feature film.
Etomi Okoka won the best actress in a feature film while Kiki Omeili won the award for best-supporting actress in a feature film.
In a post on his Instagram page on Wednesday, IK Ogbonna shared pictures of the plaques.
“Hey guys, we keep winning. So I won the best actor at the American World Music and Independent film festival,” he wrote.
“Shout out to @etomiokoka (best actress ) @kikiomeili (best-supporting actress) and to @austino5000 for taking home best overall movie for this amazing movie Threesome.
“To the director @enengchris great job.”
Esohe, a 2017 collaboration between Nollywood and Hollywood, got received two awards.
Monica Swaida, who featured in Esohe, won the award for the best-supporting Nollywood actress and Chris Attoh won the award for best-supporting Nollywood actor.
The award took place in Mexico on February 3.
