Zahra Buhari-Indimi, his sister, uploaded a picture of him in his NYSC kit on her Instagram Insta-story.

Yusuf graduated from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom, in July 2016.

He joins the scheme 11 months after he had a bike accident in Gwarimpa Estate, Abuja.

The accident, which occurred in September 2017, had left him with a head injury.

After receiving initial treatment at Cedarcrest Hospital in the federal capital territory (FCT), he was subsequently flown abroad.

He returned to the country in March 2017.

Following the NYSC certificate scandal which led the resignation of Kemi Adeosun as finance minister, more public figures have embarked upon the mandatory scheme.

Davido, Nigerian Afropop singer, also joined the scheme in August, saying he was “tying up loose ends”.
