Ayo ‘Wizkid’ Balogun and Nneka, Nigerian singers, have been included in the lineup of performers for the 2018 edition of Afropunk Fest in Paris, France.

Afropunk is a festival and cultural movement that celebrates empowerment, diversity, and individuality.

The festival, which showcases a diverse lineup of artists and performers from across the globe, is scheduled to hold from July 14 to 15.

SZA, Damian Marley and D’Angelo are some of the other artistes that will perform at the festival.

Wizkid, SZA, Marley and D’Angelo are the main headliners of the festival.

Other artistes on the performance bill include Gary Clark Jr, Trombone Shorty, Goldlink, Nneka, Sandra Nkake, Anais B, Estere, and The No Face.

The Afropunk festival prides itself on promoting positive social and political messages of equality and inclusivity, as well as encouraging self-expression and non-conformity.

It will take place at the Grand Halle de la Villette.
