Meghan Markle has made her final appearance on TV show ‘Suits’ with a wedding.
In the latest episode of the legal drama titled ‘Goodbye’, Markle’s character married her long-term boyfriend Mike Ross, played by Patrick J Adams.
‘Suits’ is currently in production of its eighth season but will carry on without Markle and Adams.
Markle, who has played Rachel Zane for seven seasons, is giving up her acting career to begin a new chapter in her life.
The movie star will be marrying Prince Harry on May 19 at Windsor Castle.
When the news of Markle’s engagement to Prince Harry broke, USA Network announced in November that Markle would be leaving the show.
“From all of us at USA Network and Universal Cable Productions, we want to send our most heartfelt congratulations to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry on their engagement,” the statement read.
“Meghan has been a member of our family for seven years and it has been a joy to work with her.
“We want to thank her for her undeniable passion and dedication to Suits, and we wish her the very best.”
