Kingsley Okonkwo, a singer better known as Kcee, has announced the release date of his second solo album.
The 38-year-old singer made this known in a post on his Instagram page on Monday.
Titled ‘Attention To Detail,’ the album features a slew of high-profile guest artistes.
Olamide, Flavour, Phyno, Tekno, 2baba, Patoranking, Falz, Shatta Wale and Kenyan Afro-pop band Sauti Sol are the artistes featured on the ‘Limpopo’ singer’s sophomore effort.
Kcee wrote in the Instagram post: “3 days to the release of my second studio album and I’m pleased to share the official tracklist with you… We’ve been working on this for a long time and now we are almost there… Thanks to you all for your support always… Only the best is good enough for you all. #AttentionToDetail. God bless you all and have a great week.”
The album comprises of 19 songs, including three previously released singles as bonus tracks.
The set date for the album release is Thursday, August 24.
Kcee had previously disclosed that he would fund his 2019 governorship campaign with the proceeds from the album.
The Five Star Music artiste says he’s interested in contesting the November 19 Anambra governorship election.
Kcee’s last album ‘Takeover’ was released in 2013. It contained hit songs like ‘Limpopo’ and ‘Pull Over’.
