Having achieved his objective, the ‘Wait For Me’ singer later took to Instagram to announce that the Abuja concert had been sealed.

Drille wrote: “I heard stories that touch from people that missed the Lagos edition’ Johnny’s Room Live Abuja edition is on the 9th. I’d love not to hear stories.”

For the Lagos edition of the event, the University of Benin graduate had initially announced that it would be free entry but later introduced a fee.

“In as much as I’d have loved for this to be free there’s so many costs we have to take care of to make this an experience for you,” he had said.

“In view of this, we’ve introduced a small gate fee of NGN500 & NGN1000 for registered and unregistered tickets respectively. You can pay either of them at the gate.”

The concert featured guest performances from Simi, Tjan, Kenny Blaq and Ric Hassani.
