After their incessant rifts of late, Big Brother Naija’s Tobi and Cee-C never expected to be in each other’s arms anytime soon — but fate often always has ideas of its own.
The bickering lovers of the Big Brother house found themselves in an awkward situation when they were compelled to dance together on Tuesday.
Earlier, the housemates had participated in the ‘Bubble through the Hoop’ challenge. Tobi and Cee-C were the first two to individually complete the challenge, earning themselves ‘representative’ status’.
Because of this, the dysfunctional romantics had to take the lead in Biggie’s second challenge, which was to ballroom dance for as long as Biggie saw fit.
This did not sit well with Tobi and Cee-C as dissatisfaction and discomfort were written across their faces.
With tension in the air, the pair was forced to swallow their pride, discard their differences and tango.
Almost half an hour into the slow dance, the awkwardness and tension gradually fizzled out and the fighting couple relaxed and let down their guards, gazing deeply into other’s eyes.
Despite their eventual emotional connection, the pair still lost the challenge.
Ahneeka, Anto, Khloe, Ifu Ennada, Princess, Vandora, Angel, Bitto, Dee-One, K.Brule and Leo are all up to be voted back into the house this weekend.
